In Balmumcu Penthouse, where we undertook the turnkey Fit-Out project, we completed our application at the end of 6 weeks. In the first stage, we examined the potential of the apartment and determined its needs. In line with the concept visual, material and application details from the designer, we clarified the project plan and made it ready for implementation. We assumed every responsibility from furniture and accessory selection to structural additions, from site supervision to construction phase control. We responded to the designer's expectations with all the details such as material and furniture selection, wallpapers and fireplace and delivered the project within the planned time.

Torun Center Office

In the office where we undertook the turnkey Fit-Out project for 3 weeks, we made infrastructure and installation controls after the site survey and exploration we carried out in the first stage. We made the project ready for implementation by clarifying the concept visuals, material and application details from the designer. When it came to detailed planning, we created a business plan by taking into account the Torun Center working hours and rules as well as material procurement and production times. Then we completed the demolition and dismantling works by protecting the existing coatings. We revised the electrical-data infrastructure according to the placement and dimensions of the new furniture. We made coatings suitable for the new design and repaired the existing floor. At the end of the process, we finalized the electrical-data connections and institutions and delivered the office after the final controls.

AarHuss Istanbul Office

Our priority when creating our Istanbul office was to reflect our vision while creating ergonomic workspaces for our team. In this direction, we undertook the project design and construction stages of our office from start to finish through the AarHuss brand concept.

In The Gym Maçka project, where we reserved the upper floor of our building, we undertook the project design and construction phase in line with the demands of the designer.

The Travel Agency project is a stunning 65 sq. meter space located in the heart of Kuwait City, designed to provide travelers with a stylish and comfortable place to plan their journeys. The project was completed in just 6 weeks, offering a complete solution from conceptualization to fit-out. The property's style and type were expertly chosen to suit its location, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The layout plan offers flexible options for optimal space utilization, while the design elements, including furniture and lighting, have been inspired by current trends and carefully selected to complement the overall style of the property. This space boasts unique touches, such as art and accessories, that imbue character and create a homely feel. The materials and finishes used were chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that the space remains in pristine condition for years to come. the Majesty Travel Agency project serves as a testament to the success of a well-executed fit-out project. Every aspect of the project, from the practical layout to the carefully selected design elements, has been created with the traveler in mind, providing them with a functional and stylish space to plan their adventures.

P.C Logistic Office Building

The project at hand encompasses the design and construction of a 1,200 sq. meter logistic company management office. Our scope of work includes the determination of the property type and style, creation of a functional layout plan, selection and implementation of design inspirations for furniture and lighting, and the utilization of materials to enhance the overall aesthetic. With consideration given to the distinct requirements of both white and blue-collar employees, we have designed specific areas within the office to accommodate these needs. Our aim is to infuse the space with both beauty and energy, drawing inspiration from the surrounding environment to inform the color scheme and furnishings. The layout plan has been crafted with a focus on optimal utilization of space, and has been designed to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the office. The placement of desks, meeting rooms, and common areas has been carefully considered to provide all employees with easy access to the resources they need. The furniture and celling design selected will bring a modern and sophisticated touch to the space, complementing its overall aesthetic. In conclusion, our objective is to deliver a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and inspiring workspace for the management team of the logistic company. With these key principles in mind, our design team embarked on a project to create a dream home for our client, a family of six who regularly host extended family and friends. Sustainability was at the forefront of our design considerations, and we worked closely with our client to identify sustainable solutions for the home. We incorporated energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and utilized renewable materials wherever possible. To reduce water consumption, we installed low-flow toilets, showers, and faucets, and incorporated rainwater harvesting systems for irrigation and other non-potable uses. Functionality was also a top priority, as we sought to create a space that was both beautiful and practical. We designed an open-concept living area that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen and dining areas, allowing the family and guests to gather and socialize while cooking, eating, or relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully planned to provide privacy and comfort for each family member and guest, with ample storage space and easy access to the common areas. In terms of modern design trends, we opted for a sleek and minimalist aesthetic, with clean lines and neutral color palettes. We used natural materials such as wood and stone to bring warmth and texture to the space, and incorporated pops of color through artwork and accent pieces. The result is a timeless and stylish home that is both functional and beautiful.

Renault MAIS Car Showroom

Car showrooms are not only a place to display vehicles, but also a space that should represent the brand and create a memorable experience for visitors. In designing a car showroom, several elements must be considered, such as the use of metal surfaces to reflect the automotive industry and digital arts to make the space functional for different events. To create a cohesive brand identity, the use of the company's colors, logo, and branding elements should be incorporated throughout the showroom. This helps to create a recognizable and memorable experience for visitors, even after they have left the showroom. A social area can be added to the showroom, which provides visitors with a comfortable space to relax and engage with the brand. This area can include a café, lounge area, or interactive displays to enhance the visitor experience. A presentation room can also be included, which provides a space to host events, launch parties, and product reveals. The digital art can be used in this space to create immersive experiences and bring the brand to life. The vehicles on display should be treated as pieces of art in a museum concept.
